Pictured above are trees growing amongst the rocks in Maui, Hawaii. I am reminded when I look at this picture that a tree will grow in rich soil or on rocky ground. It can withstand harsh weather as well as enjoy sunny days and light rains and thrive.
Like a tree our lives are filled with both adversity and joy. No matter what the conditions we can learn to live our best lives Gracefully.
A Life Coach is someone who helps people connect to their potential, unlocking sources of creativity and productivity. The goal of a Life Coach is to help their clients improve their outlook on work and life while improving leadership skills.
I enjoy working with the whole person. Most people come to me for a specific reason and as time develops our relationship we work with all areas of their lives. This can be Health & Wellness Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, Transitions such as college, divorce and break ups, empty nest, mid life changes/awakenings and times of decision making like college selection for high schoolers, relocation and job changes.
I hope you join me as we explore the variety of things we put into our minds and our bodies. During our time together we will search for what makes us physically and mentally healthy, our soul rejoice and our whole body and mind sing with joy.
